About the Role

The Company is seeking a Regional Vice President of Operations to join their executive leadership team. Applicants must have a Master's or Bachelor's degree in a related field, with a minimum of 2-3 years' of relevant senior-level leadership experience. The role requires a seasoned leader with a strong understanding of regulatory compliance, quality assurance, and the ability to make data-driven decisions. Core competencies include strategic thinking, crisis management, and the ability to lead with confidence, humility, and integrity. The ideal candidate will have a background in human services, with previous leadership experience in residential services, behavioral health, or related fields. Certifications in areas such as Certified Investigator, Quality Management, and CPR are also required or must be obtained.
