What You'll Be Doing
As a Line Cook at Luckey's BBQ Place, you'll play a key role in bringing our signature dishes to life. Your responsibilities will include:
- Preparing and cooking high-quality BBQ dishes with precision and care.
- Managing station prep to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
- Maintaining consistency and quality in every plate served to our guests.
- Collaborating with the kitchen team to keep up with the demands of a fast-paced environment.
- Adhering to food safety and sanitation standards to ensure a clean and safe workspace.
What We're Looking For
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- At least 1 year of experience in a kitchen environment, preferably in a similar role.
- A passion for authentic BBQ and wood-fired cooking techniques.
