Epic Analyst II

Supporting nephrology practices, the full-time Epic Analyst II will manage incident resolution, implementation support, and upgrade projects while primarily working in a remote environment. Key responsibilities Monitor and resolve incidents and requests using ServiceNow, managing team workqueues and error logs Assist in requirements gathering, workflow analysis, and provide support during implementation phases for new practices and modules Support Epic upgrades and enhancements by collaborating with end users and SMEs to design, build, and test workflows Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience Experience with Epic systems or similar electronic health record platforms Familiarity with workflow analysis and documentation practices Ability to engage with clinical and administrative users effectively Self-discipline and capability to thrive in a remote work environment
