STORE ASSOCIATE

Store AssociateBlue Seal Retail, LLC, part of the KENT WORLDWIDE™ family of companies, is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Store Associate to join our Fishkill, NY team. In this full-time role, you will help create an exceptional shopping experience while supporting daily store operations. Weekend availability is required.The compensation range for this role is $16.50 to $17.00 an hour. Final compensation is subject to variation based on the candidate's skills, job responsibilities, location and other pertinent factors.Primary Duties & Responsibilities:Assist customers with product needs and answering questionsCare of plants and greeneryCashing out customers with register system, stocking store, and loading store customersOther duties may include, loading bagged feed, shrubs, trees, plants, and related products for customersMay also require operation of a hand truck in a safe manner and follow all safety rulesReceive, accurately load, and rotate productMaintain cleanliness of the showroom floor and nurseryOther duties as assigned by Store ManagementExperience & Qualifications:Qualified candidates must be able to lift 55 lbs. to a height for 50 inchesMust be able to work in different environmentsSolid work historyOutstanding customer service skills is a mustAble to work independently as well as with others and supervisionMust have reliable transportationAbility to pass pre-employment drug screen and physicalEqual Opportunity Employer This employer is required to notify all applicants of their rights pursuant to federal employment laws.
