Preconstruction Manager

Leading cost, schedule, and execution planning for multiple data center developments, the full-time Preconstruction and Delivery Strategy Manager will support project readiness by aligning scope, budget, procurement strategy, and delivery risks while working collaboratively with various internal teams in a virtual environment. Key Responsibilities Develop project CAPEX estimates and maintain benchmark pricing across the portfolio Create development and preconstruction schedules, perform constructability reviews, and lead value engineering initiatives Maintain regional construction metrics and develop databases for historical project costs and schedules Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field or equivalent experience 10-15+ years of experience in preconstruction or construction management Experience delivering large-scale capital projects Strong knowledge of cost estimating, scheduling, and risk management Experience with contracts, procurement, and supply chain strategy
