- Partner with the Performance Coatings Team, lead generation, and product management teams to identify and secure new business opportunities.
- Develop and manage relationships with contractors, distributors, architects, and dealers. Conduct regular 360° customer reviews and follow-ups.
- Drive weekly Salesforce CRM reporting, review lead generation and sales reports, and build a proactive project pipeline through specifications, bid notifications, and market insights.
- Deliver live product demonstrations, remote training, and educational presentations for customers and prospects.
- Work with technical services, finance, and other support teams to ensure customer success—including installation support, product usage calculations, and A/R activities.
- Represent ICP Group through participation in sports surfacing organizations, trade shows, and industry events.
- Proven sales success in sports surfacing coatings and cushion systems or closely related construction/materials industries.
- Strong track record of cold-calling and territory development, from small businesses to large nationwide accounts.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to deliver impactful presentations and conduct effective customer training.
- Ability to work independently, build trust with clients, and overcome common sales objections such as pricing and application knowledge.
- Experience interacting with multi-level business leaders and cross-functional teams to achieve shared objectives.
- Travel approximately 50% of the time across multi-state markets and major cities within your region.
