Maintaining communication with production coworkers and supervisors. Maintaining quality & safety standards. Your Skills and Expertise To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications: Possess a High School Diploma/GED or higher. Minimum three (3) months of previous experience of operating production machinery. Working 8–10-hour shifts, overtime, extended hours, weekend, holidays (as needed), and short notice shift coverage. Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include: Basic computer knowledge Ability to read a blueprint Knowledge of inventory systems 6 months to 1 year of operating production machinery. Pay & Benefits The starting rate of pay for this position is $21.37. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, the candidate’s relevant knowledge, training, skills, work location, and/or experience.
