Specialized Driver Overview

Pay that performs for specialists. Earn 61-63CPM base pay based on experience, with average weekly earnings of $1,558 and top performers bringing home up to $2,025 per week.*
Get paid to get started. Earn a $2,000 hiring bonus plus $1,000 orientation pay on your first dispatch, with an all-expenses-paid orientation at a luxury hotel in Roseville or Appling, GA.
Home time you can plan around. Run a schedule that gets you home weekly, with occasional Saturday work built in.
More ways to earn on the road. Drop, stop, and detention pay are available to help your paycheck stack up beyond the base rate.
Freight built for specialists. Haul ATVs and other recreational vehicles on custom decking trailers, running familiar specialized routes that reward experienced drivers with bigger paychecks.
Modern trucks made for comfort. Drive Volvo 860 and Freightliner Cascadia trucks averaging 16 months old, equipped with refrigerators, leather interior, double curtain wrap, double bunks, and built-in inverters.
