You are able to break down complex projects into actionable tasks, ensuring teams stay on track and meet deadlines. Strong leadership, attention to detail, and communication skills are essential, as this role requires coordinating cross-functional teams to meet customer expectations on-time and on-budget.The right person for this role has at least two years of experience in project management, and a demonstrated track record of initiating, executing, delivering, and closing projects. You are proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable navigating the complexities of federal acquisition processes (FAR/DFARS). You can also understand a customer's needs and communicate them effectively to the technical team to ensure customer success.
