Frustrated by the lack of transparency and truly safe, effective options, Jill Rowe took matters into her own hands by making our very first product, Elderberry Immune Support. Today, Rowe Casa Organics produces over 300 products to help people thrive in their health, wellness, and lifestyle. From wellness necessities and household essentials to the finest of self-care, each product that we offer is crafted with the utmost quality, care, and love.Rowe Casa is looking to add to our production team! As a member of the production team, you will play an important role in the creation of Rowe Casa products. Production is the heartbeat of Rowe Casa and is where the majority of our products are made. This position is a full-time position. Scheduled hours and days may vary depending on shift assigned. Shifts may be any day Monday – Saturday between the hours of 7:30am-6:30pm (x4 10-hour shifts will be available and assigned). Some overtime (nights and weekends) may be required from time to time. This position is located in New Boston, TX and will report directly to the Production Supervisor.Key Roles and Responsibilities (not limited to):Follow product recipes and processesComplete (with training) understanding and knowledge of each product and the proper manufacturing processMust be able to pass a drug screen and background checkKey Skills:Highly organized, accountable, and self-motivatedAble to meet key deadlinesUnderstanding of a commercial kitchen environmentSafety mindedHigh attention to detailGood attitude and a team playerQualifications:Understand measurements and recipesPrevious experience in a commercial kitchen environment preferredAble to stand/walk for long periods of timeAble to lift 50lbsPreferred Qualifications:Experience in natural and organic product industryThis job description is intended to convey information essential to understanding the scope of the role.
