Overview We are seeking a Credit Analyst in the Dallas office of the Texas Commercial Real Estate Team. This individual will assist in the underwriting, credit monitoring, and portfolio management of acquisition, value-add/bridge, and construction loans across all asset classes. Responsibilities Assist Relationship Managers (RMs) and Portfolio Managers (PMs) with underwriting and managing non-owner-occupied commercial real estate loans in accordance with the Bank’s established guidelines and policies. Engage with clients, legal counsel, commercial support staff, and other internal business partners. Ongoing portfolio management including tracking and spreading financial reporting, monitoring covenant compliance, annual reviews, risk rating changes, and problem loan reports. Ensure compliance with the Bank’s regulatory and credit requirements. Perform other administrative duties and special projects as needed for the maintenance of a portfolio of clients. Other projects as assigned. Qualifications Bachelor's degree or combination of education and directly related experience 1-2 years of banking or finance experience Strong business writing skills Proficiency with Microsoft Excel Attention to detail Compensation The base pay range for this position is USD $25.00/Hr. - USD $35.00/Hr.
