Your Impact Oversee all daily operations, ensuring excellence in food safety, customer service, speed, and hospitality Manage and inspire a team of 50+ team members, driving alignment with core values and operational goals Build a high-performance culture by coaching leaders, holding teams accountable, and providing clear direction Promote food safety and workplace safety through consistent systems and team training Drive profitability by identifying operational inefficiencies, reducing waste, and supporting strategic growth initiatives Foster a healthy team culture by addressing performance and interpersonal issues directly, using established coaching frameworks Collaborate cross-functionally with department heads, contributing to high-level planning, team meetings, and long-term goal setting Must be located or willing to relocate to Manning, SC (required) 1-3 years of previous Chick-fil-A experience OR 3+ years of high-level restaurant management without Chick-fil-A experience (required) Bachelor's Degree (preferred) Hospitality experience (highly preferred) Passion for Chick-fil-A's values Desire for a long-term career within Chick-fil-A #J-18808-Ljbffr
