About the Role
The CSA is a key part of the client experience team. Youll work directly with clients and advisors, managing the day-to-day operations that keep relationships running smoothly. Youll be trained by an experienced Director of Operations and gain real exposure across all aspects of client service. Not an advisory role, but one that carries real weight.
What Youll Do
Open accounts and assist with ACAT transfers
Facilitate wires, ACH, distributions, and RMDs
Process trade instructions under advisor direction
Maintain accurate client records and custodial documentation
Communicate with custodians to resolve issues
Keep CRM and custodian platforms up to date
What You Bring
3 to 10 years supporting financial advisors in an RIA or wealth management setting
Strong communication skills and a client-first mindset
High attention to detail and solid follow-through
Comfort with CRM and custodian platforms (Schwab experience a plus)
Integrity, discretion, and a genuine team-oriented attitude
