About the Position

Job Opportunity – Dialysis Registered Nurse – Ohio

Start Date: November 13, 2026

Location: Cleveland, Ohio

Schedule: Day shift, 3x12-hour or 4x10-hour shifts; on-call rotation and every other weekend required

Highlights:

• Provide intermittent hemodialysis (IHD) services in a dedicated dialysis unit and at ICU bedside for critically ill patients
• Manage peritoneal dialysis treatment connections and disconnections for stable patients
• Work primarily with Fresenius hemodialysis machines with comprehensive orientation provided
• Full-service dialysis program supporting both ambulatory and intensive care patient populations
• Extension opportunities available for up to 18 months
• Orientation includes ECG rhythm recognition and medication safety assessments

Requirements:

• Minimum 12 months of permanent dialysis nursing experience required
• Active Ohio RN license or valid Compact State license in hand at time of application (non-negotiable)
• Current AHA or American Red Cross BLS and ACLS certifications required
• One recent reference from a manager, assistant nurse manager, supervisor, or director in dialysis specialty (within past 12 months)
• COVID-19 and Flu vaccination required (medical/religious exemptions only)
• Clean license with no hits; background check with no open cases
• Ability to complete BCI/FBI fingerprinting within 48 hours of contract signing
• Successful completion of facility-required pre-start educational modules and competency assessments
