Daytime Dishwasher

Dish Washer Staff is a Back of House positions. The dishwasher is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards for plate ware, glassware, flatware, and cooking utensils using a machine and manual cleaning methods. This position ensures the dishwashing area is clean, safe, and sanitary. This position needs a motivated individual that prefers to work individually. Must be focused and pay attention to details. Physical Requirements: Extensive standing without breaks. Exposure to heat, smoke and cold. Reaching heights of approximately six feet and depths of approximately three ft. Must have high level of mobility/flexibility in space provided for periods of up to eight hours or longer as needed. Effective communication with peers, managers and guests. Lifting up to 50 pounds.
