ROLE DESCRIPTION:
Kyle Woosley State Farm is searching for a competitive Producer in the Financial Service industry, who can recognize opportunities and strategically turn leads into long-lasting customer relationships. As an Insurance Sales Agent, your knowledge of insurance products and industry trends equips you to communicate directly with customers, identify their needs, and market products or services that maximize value. You may also assist in developing strategies and establishing quotas for our agency.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Obtain business through marketing efforts.
Generate sales to meet goals.
Manage customer insurance accounts and update information.
Assist customers with policy changes and renewals.
Provide information on insurance products and services through appointments.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Organizational skills and attention to detail.
Customer service and communication skills.
Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
