Fund Accounting Senior Manager

We are looking for a Fund Accounting Senior Manager to join the team full-time. As a Fund Accounting Senior Manager, you will be responsible for financial accounting and reporting processes for non-registered investment funds ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency.

This role is currently remote with in person team meetings. Candidates must reside within commute distance of the Denver, Colorado metro area.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and review financial statements for non-registered investment companies and ensuring compliance with U.S. GAAP.
• Preparation and review of quarterly accounting files and partner allocations.
• Review of monthly bank reconciliations and journal entries.
• Review of quarterly investor capital account statements.
• Preparation and review of schedules for investor capital calls and distributions.
• Annual audit and tax coordination with external auditors and tax preparers.
• Responding to individual in-bound investor requests for assigned clients.
• Project management of deliverables for assigned clients, including client communications, scheduling, staff leadership, and mentoring.
• Oversight of the delivery of financial deliverables to assigned clients.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting with active CPA license. Big 4 experience is a plus.
• 8+ years practical work experience within a related field.
• Investment company experience (fund administrator or an investment advisor).
• Ability to prepare investment company financial statements.
• Proven ability to manage time effectively to meet tight client deadlines.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Attention to detail and proven ability to multi-task.

Day to Day:

Due to the challenging requirements of the funds we administer, you can expect to spend the majority of your time on direct fund accounting work and the remainder of time working with Radeeza staff and customers. Your initial work will be mostly performing services for our largest customer. Although there is some in-person expectation, most of the work can be remote.
