You can explain complex insurance concepts to frustrated patients with empathy and clarity. You're obsessively detail‑oriented – a single digit error in an insurance ID can cost thousands. You've worked as a Medical Receptionist , Administrative Assistant , or in any Customer Service role in a medical office setting. You're tech‑savvy with medical billing software and EMR systems. You have excellent problem‑solving skills and can find billing solutions that work for both patients and the clinic. You maintain a positive attitude even when dealing with challenging financial conversations.
