Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken. Demonstrated experience in customer support roles, preferably with VIP clientele. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle high-pressure situations. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills. Familiarity with CRM systems and standard office software.
