What You ll Do

• Provide neonatal care in Level II NICUs and newborn nurseries across four hospitals in Jacksonville
• Attend deliveries, with no transport responsibilities
• Collaborate with a team of neonatologists, pediatricians, and advanced practice providers
• Function with high autonomy supported by in-house neonatologists and backup coverage
• Participate in a team-oriented, collegial environment focused on delivering excellent neonatal care
• Maintain clinical standards aligned with Pediatrix s mission

What You Need

• Valid Nurse Practitioner license in Florida
• Neonatal or Pediatric Nursing Certification
• Minimum of 2 years neonatal ICU or nursery experience
• Strong clinical skills and ability to work independently
• Excellent team collaboration and communication skills
