Join Our Flavorful Team as a Sales Associate at The Spice & Tea Exchange at: Barefoot Landing 4842 hwy 17 south, North Myrtle Beach 29582

Do you love the world of spices, teas, and gourmet blends? Are you passionate about helping customers discover new flavors? If so, we want YOU to be our next Sales Associate!

Step into our store and surround yourself with the irresistible scents of hand-mixed spice blends, premium loose-leaf teas, and gourmet seasonings from around the world. As a Sales Associate, youll help create a warm, inviting shopping experience while sharing your love of food and flavor. please be able to work 25 to 35 hrs. a week. looking for year round associate not just for summer.

What Youll Do:

Welcome every guest with a warm smile and friendly greeting.
Engage with customers to ask the right questions and make personalized product recommendations.
Become an expert in our unique spice blends and teas to share product knowledge with confidence.
Assist with store displays, restocking, and maintaining a clean, organized retail environment.
Cross-train to help with blending and packaging our small-batch gourmet products.
Process transactions efficiently and accurately using our point-of-sale system.

What Were Looking For:

A passion for food, flavor, and making others feel welcome.
Strong communication skills and a friendly, customer-first attitude.
Comfort using point-of-sale systems and basic technology.
A team-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn and grow.
Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and stand for extended periods.
Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
Ability to tolerate working in a strongly aromatic workplace.
