We are currently seeking someone who is available on weekends and a few weekdays , with the opportunity to grow into a full-time role over the next few months based on performance, initiative, and leadership potential.

What Youll Do
This is a sales and relationship-driven role focused on introducing new members to the Orangetheory experience and helping our studio grow.

• Connect with every guest and member who enters the studio with energy, confidence, and a passion for fitness
• Lead engaging introductions (intros) that educate prospective members on the Orangetheory workout and its results
• Conduct studio tours and deliver a consultative experience that helps prospects understand how Orangetheory fits their goals
• Guide first-time guests through their initial experience , partnering with coaches to ensure a welcoming and motivating first workout
• Drive membership sales by converting leads into committed members of the Orangetheory community=
• Follow up with prospects and past guests through calls, texts, and email to build relationships and close sales
• Support local marketing and community outreach efforts to generate new leads and partnerships
• Maintain a professional and organized studio environment that reflects the Orangetheory brand
