Manufacturing Controller

This role serves as a key financial business partner to operations leadership, driving financial performance, reporting accuracy, and strategic decision-making across the production unit. Key Responsibilities Lead financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, reporting, and month-end close Partner with operations leadership to provide financial analysis and business insights Oversee cost accounting, inventory accounting, standard costing, accruals, and variance analysis Manage general ledger reconciliations, fixed assets, CAPEX reporting, and internal controls Support ERP systems, process improvements, and business transformation initiatives Qualifications 10+ years of finance/accounting experience with 5+ years in manufacturing or plant finance leadership Strong background in manufacturing finance, cost accounting, inventory, and standard costing Experience with ERP/MRP systems such as Infor M3, BPCS, SAP, Oracle, or similar #J-18808-Ljbffr
