What You'll Do

• Provide adult Urology emergency call coverage across multiple hospitals
• Manage a variety of general urology procedures and patient cases
• Respond to emergency calls within 30 minutes and determine appropriate on-site response
• Cover assigned hospitals, including St. Joseph Lake St. Louis, St. Joseph St. Charles, DePaul Hospital, and St. Clare Fenton
• Document patient encounters and procedures accurately in Epic EMR system
• Collaborate with hospital staff and support teams to deliver optimal patient care
• Ensure timely handling of approximately 20-30 emergency calls per shift

What You Need

• Board Certification in Urology
• BLS certification
• Active Missouri and Illinois medical licenses
• Willingness to obtain IMLC licensing (if applicable)
• Prior experience with emergency call coverage

• Experience working in adult community hospital settings
• Ability to respond quickly and work independently during night shifts
