General Manager - High-Volume Restaurant

Location: Hinesville, GA

Salary Range: $70,000-$73,000 + Strong Bonus Opportunity

We're working with a well-known, high-volume casual dining brand in the Hinesville area that is looking to bring on a strong General Manager . This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced restaurant leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is ready to take ownership of a successful operation with a stable, nationally recognized concept.

What You'll Be Doing:

Lead all aspects of daily restaurant operations
Build, coach, and develop a strong management and hourly team
Drive sales growth while maintaining profitability
Manage labor, food costs, inventory, and overall restaurant performance
Ensure exceptional guest experiences and consistently high service standards
Oversee recruiting, training, and retention efforts
Maintain operational excellence while executing company standards
Create a positive culture focused on teamwork, accountability, and hospitality

What We're Looking For:

3+ years of General Manager experience in a high-volume restaurant environment
Strong background in casual dining or similar full-service concepts
Proven ability to drive sales and manage financial performance
Strong leadership skills with experience developing teams
Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities
Passion for hospitality and delivering outstanding guest experiences
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities
