Job Description Job Description The General Manager Restaurant will oversee a large team of 60+ staff, ensuring smooth daily operations within the restaurant. Reporting directly to the Director of Operations and Owner/CEO, this role demands a strong leader with extensive experience in restaurant management, budget oversight, and quality assurance. The position includes occasional travel and an initial out-of-state training period of 6-8 weeks. While marketing involvement is minimal, the role focuses heavily on operational excellence and team performance, offering a clear path to an Area Manager position. Responsibilities * Manage day-to-day restaurant operations to ensure efficiency and quality * Supervise and develop a large team of 60+ staff members * Deliver exceptional customer service and handle escalated customer issues * Oversee budgeting, financial reporting, and cost management * Control inventory and maintain supplier relationships * Ensure health, safety, and regulatory compliance throughout the restaurant * Implement staff training programs and monitor performance * Maintain quality assurance standards for food and service Required Qualifications * 5+ years in restaurant management * Strong expertise in restaurant operations and team leadership * Proven skills in financial management and budget oversight * Experience in customer relationship management and problem solving * Inventory management knowledge * Understanding of health and safety compliance * Marketing and promotional experience (minimal involvement) * Excellent communication skills Preferred Qualifications * Serve Safe Food Certified * Serve Safe Alcohol Certified
