ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
Our agency opened in 2013 and is a strong team of eight focused on growth, performance, and delivering a great customer experience. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I worked as a mortgage loan officer, bringing a strong financial background into the business.

I’m a graduate of UNC Charlotte, married, and have a dog named Ozzie. I’m also a big fan of the Carolina Panthers and Charlotte FC. We stay highly involved in the community through the Chamber of Commerce, the Realtors Association, and by supporting organizations like Catherine’s House.

As Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member for Phil Champion - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
• Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
• Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
