Why You’ll Love This Accounting Manager Opportunity High‑impact role with ownership over global consolidation and reporting Flexible hybrid schedule Unlimited PTO plus strong, well‑rounded benefits Exposure to executive leadership and cross‑functional global teams Opportunity to drive process improvements and system optimization Collaborative, growth‑oriented culture with strong career development opportunities Key Responsibilities of the Accounting Manager Lead the global monthly close and consolidation process, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting Prepare and review consolidated monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements Partner with global and regional accounting teams to ensure consistency, resolve issues, and support reconciliations Perform variance analysis and validate results against underlying financial data Ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP and support technical accounting initiatives, including new standard implementation Serve as a primary liaison for external auditors and maintain audit‑ready documentation Strengthen internal controls and identify/remediate control gaps Drive process improvement across close, consolidation, and reporting cycles, including system optimization Ideal Background for the Accounting Manager Bachelor’s degree in Accounting; CPA required 7+ years of progressive accounting experience, including public accounting Prior experience managing people and leading teams Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and global financial reporting requirements Experience in financial consolidation and global close processes Systems proficiency (Workday Financials, Office Connect, or similar tools preferred) Demonstrated ability to operate effectively in a global, matrixed organization Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills Ability to build partnerships across finance and business leadership #J-18808-Ljbffr
