Occupational Therapist - Travel Contract

Make a meaningful difference as a travel OT with Jackson Therapy Partners. We're seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist to help patients with injuries, illnesses, or disabilities regain or improve their daily skills while exploring a brand-new location.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited educational program.
• Active Michigan Occupational Therapy license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required.
• Must have at least 12 months of Home Health experience within the past 3 years. (Client requirement.)
• Experience with HCHB electronic medical record required. (Client requirement.)
• Experience providing care across a multi-county territory preferred. (Preferred.)

Assignment Details

• Facility Type: Home Health.
• Shift: Days, 8 hours per shift, Monday through Friday.
• Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week.
• Territory: multiple ZIP codes including 49707, 49777, 49766, 49747, 49744, 49753, 48742, 48721, 48740. Candidates must be able to travel within the assigned territory.
• Length of Contract: 13 weeks.

The city provides an outdoor-oriented lifestyle with fishing, boating, and snowmobiling opportunities, and a compact downtown district with museums such as the Besser Museum and local dining within walking distance. Commuting in the region is typically by car, with reasonable drive times between nearby towns and rural service areas, suiting clinicians who prefer a quiet, active, coastal lifestyle with occasional longer drives for patient visits.
