Before becoming an agent with State Farm, I worked as a team member and also had a background in education. That experience helped shape my passion for teaching, coaching, and developing others within the insurance industry. I’m a graduate of Missouri Southern State University, married with a baby, and our office includes two dogs, Ginger and Piper, who bring a fun and welcoming energy to the team. I’m also a certified scuba diver and have a love for jellyfish, which adds a unique touch to who I am outside of work. I’m very active in the community as President of the Leavenworth Rotary Club, and I stay involved through local events and by sponsoring a soccer league. Role Description As Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member for Tiffany Andrews - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries. Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status. Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance. Qualifications Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
