Qualifications & Experience

• Current Speech Language Pathologist license in Kentucky
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (SLP-CCC)
• Background in school-based SLP services
• Experience or strong interest in early elementary caseloads
• Skilled in conducting early childhood speech/language screenings
• Proficiency in developing and implementing IEPs for students

Responsibilities

• Provide speech and language therapy to elementary-aged students across three schools
• Perform early screening assessments to identify students’ communication needs
• Develop, implement, and review Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Collaborate closely with teachers, staff, and parents to support each child’s goals
• Monitor student progress and maintain accurate, thorough documentation
• Participate in IEP meetings and provide expert recommendations for student support
