- Evaluate and treat patients in a skilled nursing facility setting
- Develop and implement individualized physical therapy treatment plans
- Monitor and document patient progress toward established goals
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care team to coordinate patient care
- Educate patients and caregivers on therapeutic exercises and home programs
- Active Physical Therapist (PT) license in the state of Massachusetts
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Prior experience working in a skilled nursing facility or long-term care setting
- Familiarity with Medicare documentation and compliance requirements
- Experience with geriatric patient populations
- Opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a skilled nursing environment with a supportive care team
- Gain valuable contract experience with a 13-week placement in a coastal Massachusetts community
