Campaign Manager

Our retail client is looking for a digital Campaign manager to join their team!

Must have:

• At least 3 years of experience in bid management, campaign management and optimization, or digital media operations.
• Experience with paid search, programmatic display, publisher display, media network buys, and/or social media platforms.
• Strong understanding of digital media metrics, including CPM, ROAS, CPC, CTR, and new-buyer metrics.
• Ability to analyze media performance and media math to inform optimization decisions.

Location: Hoboken, NJ

Onsite: 1-2 days/week

We are seeking an experienced digital Campaign Manager to build, execute, optimize, and report on omnichannel advertising campaigns. This strategic and tactical role requires strong digital media expertise, a consultative approach, and the ability to translate brand marketing objectives into effective media strategies and measurable campaign results.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead strategic planning, execution, stewardship, and optimization for managed-service and self-service campaigns.
• Serve as a consultative subject matter expert on media planning, audience strategy, platform activation, and campaign delivery.
• Attend client and agency calls to provide guidance on media tactics, audience strategy, ad serving platforms, and campaign performance.
• Develop and manage campaigns across paid search, programmatic display, onsite and offsite media, digital sponsorships, connected TV, paid social, digital out-of-home, and in-store experiential tactics.
• Apply full-funnel marketing strategies across awareness, consideration, and conversion objectives.
• Partner with Sales and Account Management to develop data-driven media proposals aligned with client goals.
• Communicate performance metrics, insights, and optimization recommendations to internal and external stakeholders.
• Identify revenue-growth opportunities through campaign performance, testing, learning agendas, and seasonal programming.
• Partner with Media Insights to support campaign measurement and insight generation.
• Maintain high standards for campaign quality assurance, launch readiness, internal service-level agreements, and best practices throughout the campaign lifecycle.
• Build productive relationships with internal cross-functional teams, clients, and agency partners.
• Coordinate campaign trafficking across varied ad technology environments, including onsite, offsite, paid social, search, and in-store channels.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Advertising, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in bid management, campaign management and optimization, or digital media operations.
• Experience with paid search, programmatic display, publisher display, media network buys, and/or social media platforms.
• Strong understanding of digital media metrics, including CPM, ROAS, CPC, CTR, and new-buyer metrics.
• Ability to analyze media performance and media math to inform optimization decisions.
• Client-facing experience with the ability to identify risks, develop solutions, and communicate recommendations effectively.
• Strong project management, prioritization, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, evolving, and sometimes ambiguous environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and data analysis;
  PowerPoint;
  Word;
  and Outlook.
• Experience with tools such as Salesforce, Jira, Tableau, SQL, or Power BI.
