Tax Director – High Net Worth Clients

$120,000 – $150,000 + Bonus

Our client is seeking an experienced Tax Director  to lead engagements for high-net-worth individuals and closely held businesses. What You’ll Do:

• Deliver high-quality tax planning and compliance services for individuals with complex financial portfolios and business interests
• Manage multiple tax engagements and ensure timely, accurate deliverables
• Mentor and lead staff accountants while fostering a collaborative team environment
• Advise clients on tax-saving strategies and the impact of evolving tax laws
• Work closely with firm partners and clients to develop trusted advisor relationships
• Contribute to firm growth through exceptional service (business development a plus, not required)

What You Bring:

• 10+ years of experience in public accounting with a focus on individual and business taxation
• CPA OR EA required; MST strongly preferred
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
• Experience with high-net-worth clients and complex tax structures
• Entrepreneurial mindset and desire for long-term career growth
