ReceptionistPotomac Falls Health & Rehab - STERLING, VA 20164Salary Range $17.00 - $18.00 Hourly Position Type Part TimeDescriptionPart-Time Weekend ReceptionistWe're looking for a friendly, reliable, and professional Part-Time Weekend Receptionist to join our team.What you'll do:Welcome and assist residents and guests with a warm, professional attitudeAnswer phones, respond to inquiries, and manage basic administrative tasksHelp keep the reception area organized and running smoothlyReceive, sort and organize mail and deliveriesSchedule beauty and barber appointmentsSupport and serve as back up to other Business Office team membersPerform other clerical duties: filing, scanning, copying, faxing, etc.What we're looking for:Excellent communication and customer service skillsDependable and punctualComfortable working independentlyPrevious receptionist or customer-facing experience is a plus, but not requiredSchedule: Weekends, part-timeIf you're personable, organized, and enjoy helping people, we'd love to hear from you. Apply today!QualificationsHigh School Education or equivalent, preferred.Previous experience working in an office setting preferred.Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and Adobe.Excellent interpersonal verbal and written communication skills.Ability to maintain professional appearance and demeanor.Ability to handle confidential information with great sensitivity.Ability to be flexible, detail-oriented, ability to multi-task, meet deadlines and work as part of a team.
