This role is part of a high-performing team responsible for keeping production flowing, delivering targeted performance goals, and maintaining the high level of quality that customers expect from our products.

Shift Patterns

• Night Shift: 6:45pm - 7:00am
• 2 on, 2 off, 3 on

Pay Rates

• 20.75 USD hourly

Must-have Requirements for Manufacturing Technician

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing operation or production environment
• Must be able to stand and walk up to 90% of the shift
• Must be able to lift and position objects weighing up to 50 lbs, up to 10% of the work time
• Cannot have previously worked at this company
• Ability to read, speak, and understand English

Desirable Requirements for Manufacturing Technician

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) candidates are strongly preferred due to frequent communication with Spanish-speaking employees
• Strictly adhere to all Environmental, Health, and Safety standards and regulations

Role for Manufacturing Technician

• Perform effective shift exchanges and pass down performance data and troubleshooting information
• Maintain Work Instructions and Standard Operating Procedures while ensuring production data is accurate
• Perform autonomous maintenance, changeovers, tool set-ups, and machine adjustments
• Identify and correct line abnormalities and escalate problems to the Manufacturing Supervisor
• Improve and maintain a clean work environment by following 5S housekeeping standards
