What We're Looking For:

• Valid credentials as a Special Education teacher in Colorado
• Experience delivering effective IEP services and managing documentation
• Expertise in working with K-12 caseloads across both self-contained and resource models
• Ability to fulfill all general duties required of a Special Education Teacher
• Strong work ethic, growth mindset, and a consistently positive attitude

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders within the K-12 community
• Develop creative, individualized treatment plans in compliance with IEP goals
• Collaborate with classroom teachers, school staff, and families on student-centered interventions and progress updates
• Document student performance and maintain timely IEP reports and records
• Foster a supportive learning environment that celebrates each student's progress and potential

This position offers compensation between $35 and $50 per hour, reflective of your experience and certification.
