Remote Customer Service & Dispatcher — US Cleaning Company

We're a New York City home-cleaning company looking for one reliable remote Customer Service & Dispatch specialist. You'll be the person who keeps our day running: answering customer calls and messages, scheduling and assigning our cleaners, making warm after-service follow-up calls, and handling the occasional complaint with calm, good energy.

This is a long-term role for someone organized, warm on the phone, and genuinely good with people. You'll work alongside one other dispatcher — you cover their days off, they cover yours.

**Schedule:** Rotating — 3 days on, 3 days off. Your shift is 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM US Eastern Time. You will always know your schedule 2+ weeks in advance.

**Pay:** $175/week base, paid weekly via Wise, plus performance bonuses of up to ~$150/month for hitting clear quality targets (we'll show you exactly how each one works), plus a quarterly bonus. Around $900/month at target, with a base review at 90 days.

**You need:**

**•** Fluent, natural English with at most a light accent — comfortable on the phone with US customers

**•** Prior customer-service experience (phone/chat); scheduling, dispatch, or CRM experience is a big plus

**•** Reliable internet with a backup plan (mobile hotspot or similar) — dropped connections mid-shift are a real problem

**•** A quiet space to work without disruption

**•** Organized, calm under pressure, and dependable
