Welder Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $18.00 to $21.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• Weekend work required
• First Shift (Monday through Saturday from 06:00am to 03:30pm)

• Weld and fabricate storage tanks, pressure vessels, and other industrial equipment according to blueprints and specifications.
• Perform MIG/flux-core welding, cutting, grinding, fitting, and assembly of heavy-gauge steel components.
• Measure, align, and fit materials to ensure proper dimensions, weld quality, and structural integrity.
• Inspect completed welds and fabricated components for quality, accuracy, and compliance with specifications.
• Safely operate welding machines, torches, grinders, plasma cutters, and other fabrication tools.

Welder Qualifications:

• 2+ years of welding/fabrication experience, preferably with tanks, vessels, pressure vessels, or heavy industrial fabrication.
• Proficiency with MIG welding, flux-core, and/or other welding processes, with the ability to produce clean, structurally sound welds.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, welding symbols, measurements, and fabrication drawings.
• Must be comfortable working with heavy steel, power tools, and fabrication equipment while maintaining a strong focus on safety and quality.
• High school diploma/GED preferred; relevant welding certifications or technical training are a plus.
