As a Restoration Technician, you'll help homeowners and businesses recover after water damage, fires, mold, and other property emergencies. You'll work alongside experienced people who will teach you the job from the ground up. Already have experience in restoration, construction, demolition, moving, maintenance, landscaping, warehouse work, or another hands-on trade? Even better. Starting pay will reflect your experience. What You'll Do Help restore homes and businesses after water, fire, mold, and other property damage Extract water and set up professional drying equipment Remove damaged materials and perform demolition as needed Move and protect furniture and belongings Clean and prepare affected areas Take jobsite photos and document work using a phone or tablet Keep jobsites, trucks, tools, and equipment clean and organized Work alongside experienced Crew Chiefs and technicians Communicate professionally with customers Help customers get their homes and businesses back to normal Who We're Looking For Someone Who Shows up on time and can be counted on Works hard and takes pride in their work Likes staying active and working with their hands Wants to learn, improve, and move up Works well as part of a team Treats customers, coworkers, and people’s homes with respect Is comfortable using a phone or tablet for basic job documentation Has a valid driver's license and reliable transportation Is willing to work occasional overtime and participate in emergency/on-call work as required Physical Requirements Ability to perform the essential functions of the position, with or without reasonable accommodation, including lifting and carrying equipment and materials, working on your feet for extended periods, bending, kneeling, climbing stairs, and working in residential and commercial environments.
