Assistant Rehab Director

Broad River Rehab is seeking an Assistant Director of Rehab (PTA) preferred, open to (OT) and (COTA) to join our Midlothian VA Continuing Care Retirement Community. Salaried Role - Full-Time Prior Management experience preferred As the Assistant Director of Rehabilitation, you will collaborate with the Director to help oversee the delivery of high-quality therapy services (PT, OT, PTA, COTA and SLP) in a Continuing Care Retirement Community setting (SNF/AL/IL). You will co-manage department operations, support clinical excellence, and foster a collaborative environment that empowers therapists to make a meaningful impact in residents' lives. Qualifications Current state licensure as a PTA or PT Associate degree in Physical Therapist Assistant or Doctorate in Physical Therapy Long Term Care Management experience is preferred Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Familiarity with EMR systems and Medicare/Medicaid guidelines At Broad River Rehab we value our staff and their dedication to our mission of making a difference in every resident's life.
