By collaborating with our forward-thinking engineering team, you'll play a pivotal role in accelerating the delivery of medicines to the world.What You Will AchieveIn this role, you will:Contribute to moderately complex projects, managing time effectively to meet targets.Apply skills and knowledge to contribute to team efforts.Use judgment to modify methods and techniques as needed.Monitor and complete periodic reviews, including the validation master plan for automation engineering.Demonstrate exceptional planning, organizing, time management, and team participation skills.Take responsibility for routine and preventive maintenance, ensuring equipment and facilities operate safely and efficiently.Here Is What You Need (Minimum Requirements)High school diploma (or equivalent) with 8+ years of experience or associate's degree with 6+ years of experience or BA/BS with 2+ years of experience or MBA/MS with any years of relevant experienceProven experience in Automation Engineering and NetworkingProficiency in drafting software test plans, user requirements, and system design documentsHands-on experience with Automation Compliance projectsFamiliarity with network security controlsRobust understanding of Computerized Systems, Compliance regulations, and network standardsStrong teamwork spirit and excellent communication skillsBonus Points If You Have (Preferred Requirements)Relevant pharmaceutical experienceUnderstanding of programming and proficiency in at least one languageKnowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)Ability to train others effectivelyStrong problem-solving skillsExperience using common AI tools, including generative technologies such as ChatGPT or Microsoft Copilot, to support problem solving and enhance productivity. Demonstrated curiosity for exploring how these tools can improve outcomes and understanding of responsible AI practices, including risk management and ethical useWork Location Assignment: On Premise. Must be able to work from assigned Pfizer office on premise 5 days a weekThe annual base salary for this position ranges from $82,700.00 to $137,900.00. In addition, this position is eligible for participation in Pfizer's Global Performance Plan with a bonus target of 10.0% of the base salary.
