Golden Care Therapy is a Behavioral Health Care Agency providing home based services for clients throughout New Jersey.

We are seeking Board Certified Behavior Analysts to join our team for per diem, part time positions. Responsibilities would include evaluations of children with an ASD diagnosis, drawing up treatment plans, and supervision of trained behavioral therapists.

Job Requirements:

• Masters Degree required. BCBA certification required. No sanctions or disciplinary actions on license and/or certification.

• 2-3 hours per week (one hour of direct supervision and 2 hours of treatment planning and family training which may be done from home)

• Flexibility to accommodate clients’ scheduling needs

Compensation and Benefits:  $80 - $90 per hour  a flexible, part time schedule   a rewarding experience, helping children and their families achieve their goals and potential
