To support Trulieve's human capital growth, the part-time Temporary Recruiter - Florida will manage the full-cycle recruiting process, including sourcing candidates, coordinating interviews, and facilitating background checks, while working both onsite in Tallahassee and remotely. Key responsibilities Source candidates using effective outreach techniques and manage the recruitment process Communicate with candidates and coordinate phone screens and interviews via various platforms Represent the company at recruiting events and community outreach initiatives to enhance employer branding Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in a related discipline 3+ years of experience as a full-cycle recruiter Experience with high-volume recruiting and sourcing techniques Proficiency in ATS and HRIS systems; experience with SAP and/or SuccessFactors preferred Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
