The Opportunity

We are hiring a Product Marketing Senior Manager for our Product Marketing team in São Paulo, Brazil!

As a Senior Manager in this AI-first Product Marketing role, you will own the messaging, positioning, and go-to-market strategy for our most technical B2B products - by embedding AI into every step of the workflow. You will consolidate product documentation, internal data, and market research into a single AI-queryable knowledge hub to sharpen positioning and plan high-impact launches. In this highly cross-functional role at Wellhub, you will partner with Product, Revenue, and Marketing to translate complex capabilities into simple, value-driven narratives that boost adoption, pipeline, and retention. By designing AI workflows that scale research, content generation, and execution, you will raise the team's output and set the standard for modern product marketing.

Your Impact

• AI-Powered GTM: You'll build AI systems to scale and sharpen GTM across the funnel, from research and customer insight synthesis to content creation and campaign execution, helping the team move faster without trading away quality. You'll treat these workflows as product: build them, improve them, and share them so the whole team gets faster.
• Incredible Storytelling: You'll take highly technical product capabilities and translate them into simple, value-driven narratives that resonate with non-technical audiences - using AI to test, sharpen, and tailor the story to each market and audience.
• Exceptional Writing: You'll craft value messaging that captivates, educates, and converts: positioning documents, website copy, landing pages, ad copy, emails, sales collateral, videos, blog content, case studies, and more with AI as a drafting and iteration partner that lets you produce more, faster, at a higher bar.
• Cross-Functional Management: You'll collaborate closely with a talented team across marketing, product, and revenue to develop communication strategies and launch campaigns.
• Product & Customer Insights: You'll monitor product and campaign performance, using Ai to synthesize customer feedback and competitor signals at scale and turn them into sharper positioning and faster optimization

Who You Are

• A seasoned product marketer with a track record of executing successful product and feature launches.
• An AI first operator. You don't just use AI tools - you build workflows and systems with them.
• An exceptional project manager with experience executing global end-to-end marketing strategies and programs.
• A strong understanding of digital marketing, growth, product management, & people enablement best practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to sell ideas through creative & innovative presentations.
• A unique balance of creative skills and technical depth - you understand how different products and technologies work together.
• A preference for working collaboratively across functions, departments and organizations.
