The WW Apple Retail Engagement, Marketing & Merchandising (REMM) team defines, makes and delivers programs, campaigns, initiatives and experiences that help Apple Retail's customers and teams discover, be inspired by, learn about and go further with Apple's products and services, and does so in a manner that is true to our values. We are seeking an innovative Retail Visual Merchandiser to shape the future of Apple retail and drive merchandising strategies that redefine how customers experience our brand.

In this role, you will develop and execute bold retail strategies that evolve Apple's retail experience. You will translate our brand vision into compelling retail concepts, operational frameworks, and strategic initiatives that create meaningful customer moments and drive business growth. You will pioneer new retail models and special projects that push the boundaries of how Apple engages with customers. Through deep insights and continuous experimentation, you'll identify opportunities to innovate our retail presence, optimize the customer journey, and establish new standards for retail excellence. Partnering closely with store operations, internal engagement, store design, product marketing, industrial design, and Marcom, you will champion the future of Apple retailensuring every strategic initiative reflects our commitment to simplicity, innovation, and customer-centricity on a global scale.

Responsibilities

• Lead the conception and execution of retail strategy initiatives and special projects from ideation through launch, collaborating with cross-functional partners to ensure alignment and seamless implementation
• Analyze retail performance data and customer insights to identify opportunities for innovation and optimization, testing new concepts and iterating based on learnings to maximize impact and support the needs and growth of the business
• Build and nurture relationships across retail, regional, and worldwide teams, fostering a culture of shared ownership, continuous improvement, and strategic alignment
• Partner with the team to identify process and workflow opportunities, and support the creation and streamlining of ways of working that improve efficiency, strengthen execution, and keep the business moving forward successfully

Minimum Qualifications

• 5+ years in retail strategy, merchandising, brand management or consumer marketing
• Experience developing and launching integrated retail strategies across diverse channels and geographies, with demonstrated ability to drive measurable business results
• Strong verbal and written communication skilled to operate at a strategic and tactical level
• Experience presenting in formal and informal settings and adept to flex across various audiences and levels of the organization

• Track record of leading strategic conversations with a wide range of people in different fields and across levels
• Strong analytical skills, able to identify and act upon opportunities for campaign improvement and impact
• Strategically astute, with a creative approach to solving problems and creating memorable customer experiences and campaigns
• Comfort with fast iteration: testing, learning, and responding quickly to changing market signals
• Skilled in prioritizing multiple, complex, concurrent projects and a self-starter who takes initiative with an entrepreneurial spirit, as part of a team
• Proven ability to establish rapport, credibility, and influence others to get results across a large matrixed organization in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment

Pay & Benefits

At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $119,700 and $225,600, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple's discretionary employee stock programs. Apple employees are eligible for discretionary restricted stock unit awards, and can purchase Apple stock at a discount if voluntarily participating in Apple's Employee Stock Purchase Plan. Additionally, this role might be eligible for discretionary bonuses or commission payments as well as relocation.
