Hole in the Wall Drywall Repair of SW Michigan is hiring Entry-Level Technician Apprentice helpers to learn the trade and grow with our team. Perfect for hardworking individuals eager to start a career in construction!
Responsibilities
Develop trade skills in drywall installation and painting
Assist skilled technicians with drywall and painting projects
Load and unload materials and equipment
Prepare job sites and maintain cleanliness
Learn proper tools, materials, and techniques
Follow safety protocols and procedures
Communicate with crew leaders and team members
Support crew with measurements and material prep
Requirements
Required experience in construction (home services)
Willingness to learn and strong work ethic
Ability to lift 50+ lbs
Strong communication skills and a customer service mindset
