Client Sales Representative (SDR / BD Rep)
About Serene Healthcare Staffing We provide healthcare staffing solutions to Skilled Nursing Facilities, Assisted Living, Behavioral Health, and Hospitals. Our mission is to deliver reliable clinicians quickly and consistently. Position Overview We are seeking a Client Sales Representative (SDR / BD Rep) to generate new business by securing contracts and job orders from healthcare facilities. This is a commission-only role with uncapped earning potential. Key Responsibilities Conduct outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach Identify and engage decision-makers (DONs, Administrators, Executive Directors) Present staffing services and close agreements Generate job orders and long-term client relationships Compensation 1015% of gross margin per deal Bonuses for signed contracts Recurring earnings from active clients Requirements Requirements Strong communication and sales skills Comfortable with cold outreach (calls + email) Self-motivated and target-driven Must attend Lynnwood office at least once per week Preferred Background Sales, business development, or account management Healthcare or staffing experience We Encourage Applications From Senior professionals Retirees with strong sales background Former healthcare administrators Individuals with strong local networks Why Join Us Uncapped earning potential High demand for services Flexible hybrid work Opportunity to grow into leadership If you are driven and want to earn based on results, apply today.
