Position Summary:

As Head of Corporate Communications, you will build a comprehensive strategy to convey the company’s messaging through public relations, analyst relations, and overall corporate communications. You will collaborate with company leadership and technical teams to develop a thorough and consistent corporate narrative, and you will be responsible for ensuring timely and accurate dissemination of news and announcements.

Responsibilities:

• Build a comprehensive strategy for company messaging through investor relations and public relations initiatives.
• Manage regular flow of communication through press releases, blog posts, website updates, and social media covering company news, product launches, events, and thought leadership.
• Build and maintain relationships with market analysts to regularly convey company updates, progress, milestones, and expectations.
• Create presentations and talking points for company executives to ensure effective communication during earnings presentations and other public appearances.
• Construct a strategy to convey company and technology differentiation for the industry ecosystem and for general audiences.
• Build photo and video content to support external communications.
• Develop and maintain relationships with business and technology news outlets.
• Lead internal strategy discussions for corporate communications.
• Own planning and execution for investor day conferences.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or advanced degree in communications or technical field.
• 10+ years of corporate communications experience, preferably in a technical field.
• Experience with public company investor relations and public relations.
• Knowledge of photonics, compound semiconductors, silicon photonics, AI, data centers, and consumer electronics.
• Strong writing, presentation, and communication skills, with the ability to convey deep technical information to general audiences.
• Strategic thinking abilities and strong project management skills.
