Accounts Payable Analyst

Location: Richardson, TX

Schedule: M-F 8-5

Compensation: $26/hr

Key Responsibilities

• Efficiently execute and review high-volume corporate AP transactions with accuracy and ownership.
• Proactively identify inefficiencies, recommend solutions, and partner with leadership to implement AP process improvements and strengthen internal controls.
• Reconcile AP aging reports, resolve payment variances, and provide timely support for month-end close activities.
• Respond to inquiries from branch controllers and cross-functional teams using a professional, problem-solving approach.
• Manage workflow and priorities to meet critical deadlines. Take initiative on special projects focused on automation, tool enhancements, and operational excellence.
• Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with internal and external partners, delivering high-level customer service.

Required Qualifications

Category - Requirement - Preferred

Experience - 2+ years in Accounts Payable or Corporate Accounting. Experience in a multi-entity environment.

Education - High School Diploma or equivalent. Associate's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

Technical Skills - Knowledge of proper accounting principles (US GAAP). Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word) and alpha-numeric data entry. Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) and VicAI.

Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $26.00 - $27.00
